Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 13, 2026

Template notice: this is a general-purpose privacy policy written to reflect what this website actually does today. It is a starting point, not legal advice — have a licensed attorney review it before treating it as compliant with the privacy laws that apply to your business (e.g. GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, PIPEDA) before relying on it.

This Privacy Policy explains how Leads2Sky Media ("Leads2Sky," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit leads2sky.com (the "Site") or submit information through it. It applies to this website only, not to the marketing services we deliver for clients on other platforms (such as ad accounts or client CRMs), which are governed by separate agreements with those clients.

Information we collect

We collect information in two ways:

Information you provide directly. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, business name, industry, email address, phone number, and — if provided — your approximate monthly ad budget and a message describing what you're trying to grow. We only collect what the form asks for; we don't request financial account numbers, passwords, or other sensitive personal information through this Site.

Information collected automatically. This Site does not run analytics, advertising pixels, or cookie-based tracking of its own. Our hosting provider (Netlify) automatically logs standard technical information for any site it serves — such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps — as part of operating its infrastructure and processing form submissions. We don't separately access or use these logs for marketing purposes.

How we use your information

We use the information submitted through our contact form to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and evaluate whether we're a good fit for your business.
  • Prepare the growth plan or proposal you requested.
  • Follow up by email or phone about your inquiry.
  • Maintain internal records of prospective and current client communications.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to responding to your inquiry without asking you first.

How your information is shared

We use a small number of service providers to operate this Site and process form submissions:

  • Netlify hosts the Site and processes contact form submissions on our behalf.
  • Google Fonts and jsDelivr (a CDN used to load site scripts) are loaded from their respective servers when you visit the Site, which means your browser makes a request directly to those providers and your IP address is visible to them as part of that request, under their own privacy policies.

We do not share, rent, or sell your information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our legal rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we'd expect the acquiring party to remain bound by terms consistent with this policy.

Cookies

This Site does not set its own tracking or advertising cookies. Our hosting and form-processing providers may set strictly necessary technical cookies as part of delivering the Site and processing form submissions; these are not used to build advertising profiles.

Data retention

We retain contact form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations. If you'd like us to delete information you've submitted, contact us using the details below and we'll act on that request except where we're required or permitted to retain it.

Data security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information submitted through this Site, including relying on Netlify's infrastructure security for hosting and form processing. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain uses of it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email address below and we'll respond as required by applicable law.

Children's privacy

This Site is intended for business owners and operators and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your jurisdiction).

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the Site or our practices. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised policy.
